We recommend no more than 2 types, however if you are taking Gut Health at night, then it is ok to take 3 types.

Yes, we recommend taking Nueva Alma Supplements with food, a smoothie, or after a meal.

We recommend starting with a half dose for the first week or two to introduce the supplement to the body .
If I am nursing or pregnant, is it safe for me to take these supplements ?
We do not recommend any use of supplements for pregnant or nursing women.

I am only 25. Can I take and benefit from the Collagen & Retinol Boost for women?
We do not recommend this for young women. It is more focused on perimenopause, menopause, and women past their menopause.
Dosage and Intervals
Cognition Support can be taken daily. 2 capsules per day.
Gut Health Support is 2 capsules per day. Best to take these at night before going to bed.
Bone & Joint Support is 2 capsules per day. This is amazing and helps mobility and function in so many ways!
Energy & Muscle Support is 2 capsules per day.
Eye Health Support is so helpful for overall eye health. If you have floaters this will diminish or remove them entirely! 2 capsules per day.
And Parasite Removal is to be taken for 30 days continuously and then repeated 2 times per year. 4 capsules per day.
Cardiovascular Support is to be taken for 60 days continuously – 4 capsules per day. For people with symptoms, it is recommended to take every other month annually. Starting with the 2-month period and then every other month after that.
High Blood Pressure Support is to be taken for 60 days continuously – 4 capsules per day. After that every other month for the year.
